"Nicole's Story"

This was another 10-location, two-day shoot. One thing to note about these commercials with quick shots is that they all look like we spent three hours on each setup. And we did. I've heard so many people over the years say, "It's only going to be on screen for a couple of seconds. You don't have to spend a lot of time on it." I don't agree with that logic. If it's on screen, it needs the same attention as the shot that lasts 20 seconds. If one shot is given less attention than the others, it's going to stand out as bad, no matter how long or short it is.
